自动驾驶强制性国家标准正式发布

我国正式发布《智能网联汽车 自动驾驶系统安全要求》强制性国家标准。

China has officially issued the mandatory national standard Safety Requirements for Autonomous Driving Systems of Intelligent Connected Vehicles.

该标准对L3、L4级自动驾驶车辆的安全准入作出明确规范，将于2027年7月1日起实施。

It sets clear specifications for the safety access of L3 and L4 autonomous‑driving vehicles and will take effect on July 1, 2027.

新规落地，补齐国内自动驾驶领域相关安全制度短板，助力智能汽车产业规范化发展。

The new rule fills gaps in safety regulations for autonomous driving and supports the standardized development of the intelligent‑vehicle industry.

1. 智能网联汽车 intelligent connected vehicles：搭载感知、通信设备，可以实现部分或全部自动驾驶功能的汽车。

2. L3级自动驾驶 Level‑3 autonomous driving：有条件自动驾驶，特定场景车辆可自行驾驶，需要人类驾驶员做好接管准备。

3. L4级自动驾驶 Level‑4 autonomous driving：高度自动驾驶，限定场景下可独立完成全部驾驶操作。

4. 强制性国家标准 mandatory national standard：必须强制执行的国家技术规范，产品达不到标准不允许上市销售。
